Since his very first meeting with mentor Archie Albright of Drexel Burnham, who famously hired him as a personal assistant after an inspiring conversation mid-flight, Jim has been mastering the art of commodities, energy, precious metals, and real estate finance for companies all around the globe.

As Chairman & Managing Director of the global Phoenix organization, Jim continues to be at the forefront of strategic focus performance and delivery, while also gaining recognition for his published motivational speaking engagements.
